- 1 tablespoon salt

- 100 g fried boerewors sausage mince

- Add additional 2 ½ cups flour and salt, knead until smooth. Cover bowl with cling film. Let dough rest in a ball for 10 to 15 minutes

- Pour 2 tablespoons of oil onto baking sheet or pizza pan and evenly coat
- Remove dough from bowl and add more flour as needed (a little at a time) to alleviate the stickiness of the dough if needed

- Preheat oven/grill 200 degrees C
- For the 1st pizza
- Place the dough on the grill & cover for 5 minutes

- Top the dough with the pizza sauce, chicken, mozzarella, spinach and olives

- Grill/bake the pizza for 15 minutes
- For the 2nd pizza
- Place the dough on the grill & cover for 5 minutes
- Top the dough with the pizza sauce, boerewors, bacon,mozzarella,onions,tomatoes, spinach and olives.

- Remove from pizza pan, slice into 8 and Enjoy!
