  2. Lightly dust over ribs for smoking. For the best results dust ribs and let sit in fridge for 2 hours
  3. This rub will work for anything. Chicken, pork, and beef. Haven't tried it yet for lamb so if you do please let me know :) if using for lamb add about 1 tablespoon of rosemary or mint to the rub. Just make sure it is dried so the sugar doesn't stick together.
